Career Opportunities for Mental Health Clinicians

eleMental Healing is looking to hire student, associate, and licensed clinicians interested in working in a group private practice. We will provide referrals, clinical supervision and training, business consultation, and mentoring in a professional, collaborative, warm, and supportive setting.

We are looking for motivated, conscientious, and dedicated clinicians excited to grow as professionals and human beings. Our clinic has opportunities for therapists to learn or continue their path in the following specialty areas:

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Couple & Family Therapy

  • Child & Adolescent Therapy

  • Experiential Therapies

  • Diverse Populations

  • EMDR Practitioners

  • Trauma-Informed Yoga

This is a unique opportunity for a position where you develop your own client base with access to our structure, support, and referrals. All of the effort you invest and the relationships that you cultivate can be the foundation of your post-licensure private practice. Or, if you prefer, you can opt to stay as a long-term employee. You will have opportunities to develop your own specialties, groups, workshops, programs, trainings, and/or social media presence. If you are interested in learning how to bill private insurance, we can coach you in navigating those systems as well. We want to support you in your long-term career goals, whatever they may be!

eleMental Healing is a group practice that was founded by Lori Lund, LMFT who has been working as a therapist for over 25 years and as a clinical supervisor and consultant for over 20 years. We value high-quality, ethical care that is based on research and best practice. We also love to think outside of the box! We regularly use experiential techniques including play, sand tray, art, psychodrama, trauma-informed yoga, music therapy, and outdoor therapies. Our primary focus is on trauma, repairing and embracing spiritualities, and working with diverse populations including the LGBTQ+ community among a plethora of other issues.
